

Oren Elkayam
CEO and Co-Founder
Oren Elkayam is the CEO and Co-Founder of Mobilicom having worked previously extensively within the wireless communications sector. Prior to starting Mobilicom, Oren was CEO of Sortech Ltd, a nano-powder materials technology company and VP of Business Development of Runcom Ltd, a fabless silicon company that develops and sold solutions for broadband mobile communications industry. During his tenure he initiated and negotiated contracts with top carrier companies such as Alcatel-Lucent, Nortel, KDDI, Mitsubishi and Motorola and led investment rounds with international based venture capital funds. Additionally, he served as an Officer in the Israeli Air Force in an elite R&D unit, leading large cutting edge technology projects.
Oren holds B.Sc in Electrical Engineering and an MBA (magna cum laude) from Ben-Gurion University, Israel.


Yossi Segal
VP, R&D and Co-Founder
Yossi was the former CTO and one of the founding members of Runcom Ltd., leading the design and development of 3 mobile ASIC’s and 8 wireless broadband systems including DVB-T and WiMAX. He is an expert in OFDM/A and has written essential patents for OFDM/A technology, being the first to implement OFDM/A in a working product. He has led several product and system solutions from design to successful commercial deployment worldwide. Yossi has taken a leading role in several international wireless standards (IEEE, ETSI) as a committee voting member, where he made hundreds of contributions. Yossi served in the Israeli Army as an officer in an elite electronic warfare R&D unit. Yossi holds B.Sc (magna cum lauda) and M.Sc in Electrical Engineering and an MBA all from Ben-Gurion University, Israel.


Ofer Laufer
Chief Operating Officer
Ofer brings 25 years of experience in rapidly growing hi-tech enterprises. He served as the General Manager of Friendly Robotics for 10 years. Under his leadership the company grew 7X both in sales and production units, developed many new robotic models, IOT infrastructure and an APP, as well as expanded R&D capacity 3X. Ofer also managed several OEM deals and oversaw a successful acquisition. Previous to that, Ofer led Operations in several companies, including Powerpaper, Alvarion and Avaya; in that capacity he established production sites in China, the Philippines and Ireland, transferred new technologies into mass production, improved quality, productivity and production excellence, as well as built highly effective teams. Ofer is an Electronic Engineer and has an MBA from the Hebrew University.


David Fagelston
VP, Sales
David has an engineering degree in Electro-Optics as well as a MBA from Boston University and a Master’s degree in Law from Bar Ilan University. For the past 8 years David has been VP of Sales and Marketing at AccuBeat, a subsidiary of Rafael. AccuBeat is a leading developer and manufacturer of accurate frequency and timing solutions used in Defense, Home Land Security, Aerospace, communications and several other industries. In the past few years AccuBeat has also developed a portfolio of solutions that provide a comprehensive response to cyber attacks focused on GPS/GNSS timing which is a necessary input to many platforms and critical infrastructures. While at AccuBeat David increased sales substantially and entered into several new markets with the products, both in military and in civilian applications.
Before joining AccuBeat, David held several senior sales and marketing positions in various Israeli Hi-Tech multi-national companies (ECI, Foxcom Wireless, Starhome, NDS and Gilat) specializing in the fields of equipment for Telecom and Mobile networks and applications.

Pinhas brings senior global managerial experience in sales, marketing and business development in various industries such as Telecom, Smart homes, behavior prediction based on speech analytics for enterprise and in the consumer market.
Pinhas has rich experience working for small / large, private and public companies.


Boaz Pick
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Boaz Pick has recently joined Mobilicom as VP Operations. Boaz brings with him over twenty years of experience in operation, supply chain and engineering executive management in global leading companies. During his career as senior operation executive in small, mid-size and large High-Tech public companies, he established and managed efficient manufacturing processes, logistics, purchasing and cost effective production. In his previous positions, Boaz served as Sr. Director of global manufacturing engineering at VeriFone Systems, Inc., VP Operations and Supply Chain at EPOS and VP Operations and Supply Chain at VCON Telecommunications Ltd. Boaz holds a B.Sc. degree in in Electronic Engineering, Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa.

Guy brings with him more then 20 years of experience in Telecommunications, Home Land Security, Defense and Cybersecurity from various companies.
Hold a BSc. In Electronic Engineering from Tel Aviv University.


Liad Gelfer
Director of Finance
Liad brings vast experience and background in various emerging and publicly-traded companies. He has an extensive knowledge in financial reporting, financial modelling and forecasting, M&A and IPO procedures and internal controls. Most recently he served as acting-CFO for various Hi-tech startups, prior to that he served as Director of Finance of Supercom (NASADQ: SPCB) a hi-tech company. Prior to his tenure in Supercom, he served as Senior Corporate Controller of Compugen Ltd., a dual listed (TASE & NASDAQ: CGEN) biotech company. Liad holds a BA in Business management and Accounting, and MBA in Accounting and Finance, both from the College of Management Academic Studies. Liad is a CPA since 2001. |


Stefan Botthof

Stefan is a Sales & Business Development oriented manager with over 25 years of experience in telecommunications for direct and indirect sales. Before Mobilicom he built up the German market for SaaS services for the French diabolocom, before that he held various sales positions for the Swiss FROX in Germany in UC projects with products from Avaya, Microsoft and Cisco and in sales for DSL projects at ZyXEL, also for the Austrian market. Stefan also started business with the Chinese manufacturer ZTE with their first subsidiary in Germany for the incumbent carriers DTAG, Arcor, Vodafone. He worked for Imtech Telecom in the field of system integration for infrastructure and early in his career he managed infrastructure for transmission systems and gateways for Israeli companies eci telecom and TdSoft.

Steven Sarfati
Vice President of Sales, USA
Steven is a business development and sales leader with over 20 years experience in homeland security, public safety and video systems.
Prior to joining Mobilicom, Steven launched Arecont Vision as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, the leader in security surveillance systems. He also served as the Vice President of Sales for Neven Vision, a leader in Facial Recognition for the Biometrics Security industry. Google acquired Neven Vision after recognizing the value of their client base.
In 1994, Steven founded Continuum Engineering Inc., a leader in precision robotics that designed and delivered automation solutions for the semiconductor, fiber-optic and biomedical industries. As President, he created an effective global sales distribution network and maintained an installed base of customers that included Fortune 500 companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Boeing, Disney, IBM, Intel and Applied Materials. Steven continued to work for the company after its acquisition by JMAR Technologies, a NASDAQ company, in 1998.
Prior to that Steven worked as Strategic Accounts Manager for Intel Corporation. Steven also held a faculty position at California State University, Northridge, where he taught microprocessor architecture and engineering.
